Meet Jo – Owner of BOHO Interiors
Hi, I’m Jo — proud owner of BOHO Interiors and a lifelong interiors enthusiast.
After 20 years in the corporate world, several years working with children, and time spent helping customers at the local post office, I realised where my heart truly lies: in homes, interiors, and community. I spent time working with Calder Valley Flooring, gaining hands-on knowledge of materials, preparation, and working with trades — and eventually found myself at BOHO Interiors, working with Roz in a role that perfectly combined my creative flair and customer care.
Fifteen months later, Roz offered me the chance to take over the business — and it was an easy yes. I had grown to love everything about BOHO: the people, the products, and the purpose.
A bit about me: I’m happily married to my soulmate Richard, mum to three amazing girls, dog mum to Oscar & Poppy, and cat mum to Bobby. I love cooking, eating out, live music, fine wines, and long walks around the beautiful countryside in Krumlin, Barkisland, Scammonden, and my hometown of Ripponden.
I also have a huge passion for renovations and home design. One of my proudest projects was managing a full house renovation (last updated in 1967!) — overseeing everything from structural work and plastering to kitchen design, plumbing, and decor. Over the years I’ve helped friends and family find their perfect colour schemes, finishes, and home accents — and now I get to do it every day for our lovely customers.

Meet Rachel – Project Manager & Interior Specialist
With over 30 years of experience managing property, hospitality, and healthcare projects for major UK companies, Rachel Burton brings a wealth of expertise, creativity, and calm professionalism to BOHO Interiors.
Rachel is our in-house Project Manager and also the founder of Project 27 Property Development, offering hands-on support for everything from kitchen and bathroom renovations to full home redesigns and structural work. She works closely with trusted trades, manages timelines, and ensures every detail is delivered to the highest standard — all while keeping your style and budget in mind.
Known for her approachable nature and eye for design, Rachel works alongside Jo to offer a truly personal interiors experience — whether you need a simple colour consultation or full project support.
She’s also a proud mum to her daughter Maisie and fur baby Bertie, and a passionate advocate for making interiors both beautiful and liveable.
